Get CCTV - you have no idea how quickly they back down when you can prove they didn't deliver it. As for the companies who use them - many high profile ones, who ARE well aware of the tricks their agents use don't give a toss because if they have to replace an item the deliverers are made to pay..........now when they reach saturation point on having to pay, out will go one name and in will come another.
