The f***ing Car and coming in early thing really grates me,only today(Sat) one guy came in at 4-55 for a 5-45 start ffs and sneaked out to nick a bit when he'd done all his prepping,around 75% of my office come in early and use their Cars every day.
Just a question,what's the official thing with signing a decleration with RM to use your cars.
If you haven't got the correct insurance regardless of what RM say or what you sign,then surely it's a nick,and for the Manager as well who let the car user go out in the 1st place.
we have people coming in early up to 1hr 15mins early. tried talking to em about it but its in one ear out the other. not sure what we can do if you get to heavy handed theres the bullying thing. i dont really have the temperament to argue with em. if the union dont step up and lead the way on this then they will be the lossers in the long run. they get more then £23 million in subs from us lot when weve all gone they`ll get sod all.
