make sure you speak to your rep before you go into the meeting, and tell him you want to see your 318,i know its easier said than done, but you have to make a stand against these useless doms, just remember its only a job and RM do not own you.

lol, my D.O.M threatened to escort me off site after I demanded union representation in a unplanned meeting, due to a disagreement in how much I could complete within hours. So is this just local or widespread, Managers not being bothered about rules etc and what the union can or should do?? No union at my old place for the last 2 months :arrrghhh

As others have said, 8-6 is prepping and delivering everything. When I joined 11 months ago, the contract was fairly clear on the fact that I'd be required to work extra, as and when required.

Must be really difficult for those with childcare issues these days. Especially with the longer delivery spans looming

The DOM CAN'T escort you off the site, just for asking for Union representation in a meeting. Regardless of whether it's planned, or unplanned. You have a RIGHT to Union representation, and I suggest you put in a grevance against the DOM for denying you that right. He/she was in clear breach of the rules. :evil/mad :no no :evil/mad

Sounds like a clear case for a stage two grevience. Join the club :nana

Sadly though the front line fix money will be down as the DOM rushes out to buy a larger carpet and more brushes
