No BD yours doesn't count - are you any better? Is your sub dealing with the :funneh revision :left: whilst you are hors de combat. :wave

Voice is starting to come back :Applause but still have another 9 days of sick leave to go.

Dont have a sub, ADR is in the driving seat untill I return.

As for our not proper revision well the latest idea is to ditch attendance patterns but retain all the savings that RM were getting. The troops Im told want to stay as fixed day off now.

Area delivery rep back over Monday morning to hear what the members think of the new plan.

If the mbrs want to stay on fixed day off so be it it is not for reps to dictate that they MUST switch to a different attendance pattern. The DOM has made a proposal so its proper procedure to seek from the membership how they wish their reps to proceed in terms of the proposals?

That said as a individual mbr wanting attendance patterns I will not be voting in favour as RM get their savings and I get diddly squat.

It could be argued Im getting FT hours but RM wont make that permanent just yet and the revison is not what makes me FT its FT staff levels droping. With or without a revision a increase in FT staff is going to happen.

Members choice at the end of the day not mine, I will express my voice at the ballot box were my voice will carry the same weight as every other member.

Here are a list of things that have went wrong in our office since the revision which started 6 weeks ago, and still no improvement.

1. The snow.
2. No key control of the vans, so trying to find a key or a van in the yard is impossible. No log books either (illegal)
3. 85% walk sequenced never happened.
4. Overheads on the ips are wrong.
5. The running of the streets on every frame are wrong when delivering and are having to get done all over again.
6. New uniform is all over the office, & people are just helping themselves.
7. Scales have been taken away to make more room in the office, so weighing bags is just guess work.
