Management have always allowed people to cut corners to get the job done and indeed it does make there job a lot easier, But people are deluding themselves if they think that job and knock still exists, i dont know where you work ( i guess your out in the sticks somewher)but i believe you are in for a rude awakening because things have changed and its a matter of allowing you enough rope to hang yourself. Also i would never want to be the stick that they use to batter another postman....' why cant you get done when such and such always gets done'. Its a slippery slope when others are being forced to carve the job up to match what you do. :sad:
