Again i will state that there is NOT a zero tolerance stance on here but we just have to be careful at times.

I've changed the bottom part of the post.
Maybe the other one was a bit long winded,the new part is short and straight to the point.

Regarding strike breakers/strike breakers which was in there early on,that was just a personal preference on MY front.

I have always understood that there could always be legal issues such as libel within the context of blogging. Libel, relates to the issue of transmitted printed, written or picture material, which is offensive and cannot be proven to be a true representation of the facts which causes damage to an individual or group of persons or company. Therefore if I was to name an individual and write they are a thief, in a blogg, for all to see without any evidence to prove this was true and the individual could prove that by my action, that they had become a social outcast or lost the opportunity to get a job, etceteras, they could claim damages from me in a court of law. Likewise if I was to write that a particular manufacturers chocolate bars contained a substance which was detrimental to their customers health with no evidence to corroborate the insinuation which then resulted in the fall of sales of the product I could find myself libel for the loss of the companies profits related to this product and other products if the company could demonstrate that customers had lost faith in the company as a whole as a result of my actions. This however does not mean that we should be scared of having an opinion. After all in this country we have the much-admired “Freedom of Speech,â€
