Lower amount of money £200 - on implementation of W/S revision, £600 if the savings are made after 6 weeks or for a period of 6 weeks i beleive
No £600 for walk sequencing revision followed by £200 after revision has bedded in or 6 weeks later whichever comes first. The 2010 Agreement does not mention any savings as a pre-requisite for getting either lump sum.
We had a meeting with the DOM this week and the 'required savings' bull was used then too. I did think this was strange as I couldn't remember reading anything about savings being required before payment would be made.

happy to be wrong in this case.

i assume you agree about the 9 day fortnights?
Yes you will lose 40 mins meal relief over the fortnight if you are working a 9 day fortnight.
But your not at work when you would be taking meal relief so how are you losing?

Because you are still working 78 hrs over the fortnight.
On a 9 day fortnight you work 9 days so your meal relief is 9X40mins=360mins

On a 5 day week you still work 78hrs but your meal relief is 10X40mins=400mins

40 mins more work on a 9 day fortnight is 17hrs20mins over the year. :hmmmm
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

For the ws lump sum for many DOs it's probably still dependent on an MC as MCs will probably be doing the sequencing for many DOs. How many DOs could even fit a sequencing machine in anyway?

The mail center revisions will make most DO's into super DO's!
