The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

And if enough people vote yes just for a lump sum, the 1st April will be rebranded as Postal Fools Day

We haven't got a leg to stand on when it comes to Saturdays. You'd think we're the only people in the country that work them! My sister is a manager for an electrical store and works Saturdays until 6pm, Xmas Eve until 6pm, Boxing days, New Years days and virtually every other bank holiday. So do millions of other people.

Saturdays are a working day whether we like it or not.
What a load of old cobblers.
There has never been any need to work longer than 1pm on saturdays for postmen, there still is no need for postmen to be out posting after 1pm on a saturday. Royal Mail bosses new workplan for us, needs to be scrapped before it's implemented. I became a postman in order to avoid all of the above, otherwise I'd be selling you a pair of frilly knickers behind the counter at M&S at 4pm on saturday.
