Lots of letters but hardly any flats or packets.A lot lighter than Saturday.I suppose the backlog is still at the mail centre but we do have sorters in on o/t this afternoon (No ban on o/t for strikers in this office) so maybe we will get hit tomorrow.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

We cut off the sorting today with some Yorks still filled with shite. Even had one York for another office, who when told of it told us to leave it in our yard 'cos it wouldn't be going anywhere anyway'. We even had managers throwing walks in today and they expected us to do our bit of absorption - Which I refused to do, cos of time restrictions.
Tuesday should be fun as they try and play catch up from today - they even wanted people to come in @ 5am tomorrow ( Tuesday) to get a head start on the back-log. I'll just be finishing off my dream of me and Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders as some people will be rolling into work at 5am. Idiots.
