Good idea or bad?
It could work, the last time we had a strike, which led to the flexibilty thing and £400 bribe, we had different units striking on different days, deliveries one day, the mail centres the next, transport the other, creating a rolling strike, yet only costing us one days pay and maximum disruption.
Now if RM want to play hard ball, then you can play it this way, individual ballots of Offices, post the results asap, then have different offices striking each day of the week, including various Units throughout the country done on a individual office basis but coordinated, office that couldn't meet the deadline can always reballot while the other Offices are striking and when they meet the legal guidelines, take up the slack, to give other Offices a rest.
Taking injunctions to stop strikes will not make the problem go away, it would only simmer and boil, waiting for the next opportunity and with more resolve, when denied opportunity to vent their steam, they will only increase the frustration and blow more at the next strike.
