When exactly have we villified anyone for disagreeing with someone?
Andy, it was just a little dry joke..

Nothing funny about the remarks directed to another board member though, and they should have been removed instantly. Those mods eh....? :confused
What you ideally want is 24 hour Mods on RMC :Very Happy Though not everyone will be happy to start paying a fee to join RMC to help provide a living wage for people just to sit in front of the computer and moderate posts as they happen. :left: You could kick it off with a Donation though :nervous

Offending posts are deleted and offenders officially or unofficially warned after a few things (just to make everyone aware of my thought process).

1. I have to find it first. (Made a lot quicker if people use the report feature we keep asking members to use).
2. Check the report and comments from the member if there is one.
3. Decide if the report is a valid one.
4. Check the original post and its context.
5. Decide what action to take if any.
6. Delete or amend the offending post and if considered minor enough nothing further.
7. Contact the member and explain why action was taken if considered a serious breach, taking into account past history or potential biases on either side.
8. If a ban is warranted decide on length of ban.

So please everyone if you see a post which breaks the rules then use the report feature the upside down triangle with ! and don't respond to it let the Moderators deal with it please. :pray :pray

.... and yes you can report Mods as well - we are just members after all :nervous

Not harbouring anything against anyone . Just dont know why you wont accept the truth . thats it .
A few quotes about truth:

BLAISE PASCAL:
There are truths on this side of the Pyranees, which are falsehoods on the other.

BUDDHA:
Believe nothing just because a so-called wise person said it. Believe nothing just because a belief is generally held. Believe nothing just because it is said in ancient books. Believe nothing just because it is said to be of divine origin. Believe nothing just because someone else believes it. Believe only what you yourself test and judge to be true. [paraphrased]
Think Buddha--think Billy hayes.~
TrueBlueTerrier wrote:GEORGE BERNARD SHAW:
New opinions often appear first as jokes and fancies, then as blasphemies and treason, then as questions open to discussion, and finally as established truths.

ME:
Truth is in the eye of the beholder.

In essence what I am trying to say what you consider the Truth does not automatically mean it is, just like the other side of the argument and it looks like the 2 truths will never meet. :Very Happy :Very Happy

The weird thing is essence we all agree with each other. Royal Mail will keep adding more work its a fact of life, we say why should we accept it if we can't do it in the official time and tools given, you say no point in fighting it. :Very Happy :Very Happy

Sorry. We've had so many angry PMs from a lot of Members recently, that we thought you were serious.
