Past Tribunal cases have shown that too many changes, over a short period of time, constitutes a breach of contract.
Sadly, because people are allowing themselves to be railroaded in to trying the new 'trials' they are in effect accepting
them ----and that will become contractual----WHERE ARE THE UNIONS? Their ideas of modernisation is to allow(IN their speak,agree)to staff being sold down the Swanee! How many full-time jobs HAVE they saved in the past eight years?
