The method has no slack. Once the traffic increases and the sickness increases then it's difficult to recover. Of course the deferring of traffic is just asking for trouble. An office may well look clear but the deferred work is still waiting to be worked. Its like painting the damp and saying there's no leak in the roof.

We have heard same from a neighbouring office which went live week before last, car crash apparently. But Walsh seems to think it’s alright and so do all the area managers on Robin so who are we to argue?
We haven’t had the delight of it yet but we struggle now when we “heavy and light” our current rounds so how we will miraculously absorb another 3rd of a delivery is anyone’s guess.

A pint can be half empty or half full. What you can't do is buy another pint if you have no money. Think about what Martin hasn't said in his reply in this thread. You have the chance to get the best out of the agreement but you need the CWU to secure every bit of that agreement.toonshola wrote: ↑22 Jun 2026, 18:49We have heard same from a neighbouring office which went live week before last, car crash apparently. "The deployment will ramp up over the next few weeks with over 800 units planned for deployment by the end of August."
So there's no real plan to see if the pilot offices can cope if 75%(?) of DO's are due to go live in the next couple of months?

The real trial was seeing if members could be convinced to vote for this.
The machine stops.

And that failed as the majority didn't vote for it.
