There must be an issue with the DOs either failing to scan them or failing to deliver them on time as Tracked shouldn't be going via the lockers.
All the Moonpig, all the passports.
Moonpig shouldn't be going via lockers. I can understand passports doing so given that it's a government department sending them out

They only started going via lockers because DOs kept failing to scan them.
Personally don't give Internationals a 'Scan to core route', never been picked up on it, just get the
doorstep delivery scan. Sometimes they need a picture, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they don't get delivered
on the day they've come with the Specials if I have to fail part of the round. Again nothing's said compared to when Tracked fail.

We have a customer that regularly gets international items and frequently inflights them so we scan them to core route to get the directive. We've been told to take internationals along with Tracked and 1C (and NHS, etc, etc, etc) but if we leave one of those stupid On That Ass packets from the Netherlands in the frame nothing is said.
Any Questions?
Yeah, how do I get out of this chickenshit outfit?

In MCs anything from abroad that hasn't come via the locker is always treated as 1C.

T48 then become the next days problem and so it mounts up.
We been doing that since the Amazon warehouse closed in Cornwall at the start of February and had problems with sickness. Told to prioritise T24 and first class. The t48 even if they been in the office for days have to wait.
Has one seen a picture of the pyramid? Apparently management get it in emails.

Just the rogue managers or all of them?

The expanding list of 'priorities' is becoming ridiculous - all the overt and covert NHS letters are getting out of hand. But guess what: they and the 1C are boomeranging right back to the unit because Tracked is primus inter pares.
Any Questions?

We been told the election poll cards will be prioritised same as first class, over tracked, it’s going to be ridiculous.
Will fail so many parcels at least people will get there post for a day.

The ever increasing list of priorities and must do’s will surely result in a realisation that the most efficient and productive way to work is . . . jobs that are achievable, at least 90% of the time, as they used to be.

If the poll cards come through as envelopes, we'll most certainly be running them through the machines to sequence them

Absolutely. Unfortunately we can't staff what we have now let alone what we'd need to man the duties removed at the last revision and all the people that left after the strikes. The operation has dug itself into a deep hole and I don't think there's any way out, although the company seems to think the ODM is somehow going to fix things which is rather like opting to keep digging until you emerge in China.

The election is going to be a disaster as forewarned.
