I’ll strike for anything the union want me to on one condition. Dave and Martin are removed immediately from their positions. Replace them with someone like Ralph Ferret who has done a lot of videos on Facebook recently. He seems more clued up on things and would be less of a dictator than Kim Jong Ward who seems to be a giant immovable object within the union.
As long as those two are still running the show I’ll vote against everything they ask.
Ralph Ferret is Dave Ward's puppet. He comes across as the people's rep, the one that understands it from a postie's view and explains everything in an 'Idiots guide' way. He's clever but he wins over people that way. Doesn't fool me!!

What is truly shocking is the agenda of the CWU on equalisation with a three year qualifying period.

What is the point of the CWU now?

Ralph Ferret put up a video saying these types of posts that are showing royal mail, they can do what they want is part of the problem.
U've got a poll stating to royal mail we have no fight in us and that we aren't united.

I think we should all be on the same pay ( opg’s ) and that it’s right the union should fight for it but I can’t see the ever getting full equalisation.

Some of my office have been saying that it’d be a tough pill to swallow going out on strike and seeing anyone on a new contract waltz through the picket line.

Some of the replies from the union in that video to comments are shambolic. Swearing, accusing people commenting of being managers pets. The CWU really do have a dreadful image.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

I stopped watching when he began to explain how all the other delivery companies have lower costs, presumably he was going to tell us RM need to drastically reduce their costs to compete, same old, perhaps he redeemed himself by going on to point out they're not actually in direct compensation as don't have to deliver mail and d2ds, I'll never know.

Maybe they could suggest a look at mangers position and staffing levels , we have had an increase of mangers but a decrease of opg and walks

Cwu will do a deal work for RM for 3-4 years before equal contracts but thousands will come and go forever as job is poor overall now.
