The last time a sheet was put up on our union board showing who held what union position, covering both the MC and all DOs there was just 3 or 4 DOs that had a rep. Probably 80-90% didn't have a rep.
That’s terrible. The Area Rep should be working on that. If there isn’t a rep, people quickly forget what it is that reps do and then can’t imagine themselves doing it.
