You can ask your manager to print you a copy of the wage slip
That won't help with checking your daily OT payments are correct prior to being paid and you can also see more and more need to access the app.

It's a load of over complicated f***ing nonsense. Why replace an App that we all use? What's the point? Do Royal Mail board members have a financial interest in the Robin App?? Literally the idiots decide to replace an App that works, with something that resembles a dog turd. Everyone is on the People App, so why don't the clowns at Royal Mail just automatically just transfer people over to the dog s**t App? 💩💩💩💩💩💩

True, how worrying that you have to check that a huge company like RM/IDS has paid the money that has been authorised :thumbdown

I really can't get this Robin app to work properly. I have to sign into Workvivo then some Microsoft page comes up so have to sign in again on that and when I finally get into some sort of page it's basic and just shows my details. I can't see any annual leave, pay or anything.
I take it it's not actually ready for everyone yet ?
Literally take me 5 minutes just to get where I want to be. The other Royal Mail app we've used for years I can get into the app within seconds.

Could RM not employ a team of Robin Champions, say two for every office? They could go round and move employees phones from one pocket to the other, paint their phone cases, redo everyone’s phone keyboard into a different order that makes zero sense. I mean it’s worked for everyone’s frames hasn’t it :arrrghhh

Could even employ:
Robin manager
Robin area manager
Robin support associate
Robin director of internal affairs
Robin director of external affairs
Robin relations officer
Robin officer of relations
Robin peoples support officer
Robin networking solutions director
Robin director of solutions networking
Robin solutions director of networking
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

When you finally get on there the content is side splitting hilarious and also pretty tragic. It’s the best example of toxic positivity I’ve ever witnessed. Just loads of managers posting pictures of clear offices saying stuff like “go team Stockton” and “team getting in the festive spirit”
Weirdly I’ve yet to see a post about an office being a car crash with mail piling up and staff walking out due to mental health issues caused by bullying management. Reality is not allowed on Robin that much is clear.

I can't view payslips through robin app on my iPhone, it sends a verification code that I need to check in the Microsoft authenticator app and I never receive the codes at all. Can't do it on a Mac desktop as there is no authenticator app available for desktop Mac. This is so poorly desighned how can they shut off the people app in January when so many have problems with this abomination of an app system. How will people see their payslip, ive asked hr to go back to paper payslip don't know if its possible.
I didn't use the MS authenticator app as I don't have one on my phone, just re-register and make sure you select that any code is either emailed or texted to your phone?
Tried deleting cache, deleting apps etc for a clean start but now the work Microsoft account is always recognised and always want authentication from the app that I never receive the code it sends.

Cos they want us to view all their propaganda via Robin and way to do that is to put the people app in there. I bet this cost seven figures plus and union won’t batter an eyelid

What you mean you don't want to read this (below) - that's shocking! Must admit the pictures show there's some cracking graphs been pinned up on the noticeboards and the conference room looks lovely. Have no idea what any of this guff means though, looks like it kept about 10 management staff busy for the day. Names and location removed to save embarrassment.
Congratulations to OPL xxxx Sector in their P7 audit achieving top marks and the first 100% audit score amongst the OPLs👏👏👏

Well done to OPL xxxx and his strand Leads xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, xxxx, xxxx and xxxx for a great presentation and video detailing their SQCDPE Journey from back in the start in August 2024!

Superb uplift and refresh of his Conference Room and SQCDPE Performance Board display area and brilliant 'You Said/We Did' board!

Great pareto analysis and multiple interventions showing improvements across the six strands - rising to a OPL Vital Few position of 7th place in Period 7 2526 - from a Vital Few place of 67th 'Year To Date' by Period 12 in 2425 - Well done to xxxx, his managerial team and all the front line across the xx sector!
