Hey, now - those might have been people who had recently left! I know of at least one ex-colleague who got a ballot paper and felt it was unethical to vote. Times by 25,000... it's plausible with our turnover since 2022.

I got a ballot paper after I'd left!
I wasn't sure if I'd passed the cut off date or the local rep hadn't bothered to take me off the list?(He was/is useless).

Either way, I thought the agreement was pants and voted no.
