Hi All, Just so glad to see the site up again, i missed it!! My office not good, all they do is sack full-time town staff on willful delay charges!!! Anything they can get you on they will, suppose it will save them buy down when the time comes!!!

These posts make grim reading and i ain't gonna ad any joy, summer staffing or summer sharpen your docket pencil as been a joke we went from £2000 under spend to over 20,000 no chance of 50/50 then, Royal mail are resetting budjets for 50/50 share 1st October (big deal) and the biggest laugh is the AGMs' think it was a success in thier terms those posties that did extra shows that we can do extra . What with mail centre close and the pensions issue looks like another dispute is on the way. :lfo :cfo

I went into my office this afternoon, hardly any LM's about, all gone out on delivery It must be really sh*t at the moment, did'nt even get any post yesterday my postie cut off as they had to do over 2hours on IPS. Cut offs were left for today.

Our office is murder.

2 duties on summer lapsing, managers out delivering every day, at least once a week we get gaffers from other offices starbursting duties, and K parts that people can`t take in their duty time.

The number of complaints we`re taking at the callers office is unbelieveable.

Fair few people on sick leave with `stress`.

Not enough posties.

We seem to be on top of things, although it seems everyone is getting a bit sick of the light bulbs, though: the mail flow volumes have been erratic since the end of Summertime Savings, but seem to be stabilising (let's see what the following weeks hold): also, there is the issue of customers using the staff car park. Apart from that... who'd be a manager, eh?

start at 6.15 on IPS at 6.30 till approx 9.30 but apparently have twice as many sorters than we need ! soon it won't be working to my time but sorting to my time !! :lfo :cfo not much heard from the 2 pr**s in charge are they still on their summer holidays spending their meager bonuses (theft) !!
