For a company that was losing a million pounds a day and posted an operating loss of a billion pounds 6 months ago, they now have money to give away....
Awaiting details of the one-off quality of service incentive scheme. Will staff be expected to clear their frames everyday? What if you come back to a frame full of mail after your day off? Or are they expecting you to work all your days off? What about the offices that have not had their revisions? How will they be assessing 'quality of service'?
Whilst no one wants to miss out on any extra money it might create a few issues if some staff in a section get the extra and others don't. We all do the same job and if someone is doing extra work then they get paid for that extra work don't they??
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
