Your going to push more people out this business by shifting time patterns, lowering wages on a sunday which nobody wants to really work on a day of rest. You wonder why 50% of the workforce that do work on a Sunday are temps. Si wants to buy us out and rob us all from the certain allowances which we all deserve, sorry but not taking a pay cut.

Imagine working a 9 to 3 in the summer when funny enough the hottest time of the day would be from 11 to 3. With the weather that we've just been having, I dont particularly want to be burnt or the chance of getting cancer. Also working a 9 to 6 in the winter when you can't feel your fingers by the end of the day.

I would rather have no deal than take another 3.5% with a dozen changes which will affect many.
