If you weren't and the walk was designed for using a trolley, won't it then go down as a blameworthy?POSTMAN wrote: ↑30 Jan 2022, 20:45I know mate-I know.postslippete wrote: ↑26 Jan 2022, 17:35
Cmon postman, you know that no one ever uses the dreaded trolleys. For anyone thats 6 foot plus like me it gives you back strain. Walking round with a trolley literally feels like you're dragging the work along as you stop-start from every call.
The better solution IMHO is to break the delivery into smaller loops so that the bags are lighter. And if walking round with a lighter bag is still a struggle then you would be better off doing something else.
But I will always ask-Does my goat in this bollox.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
