Cmon postman, you know that no one ever uses the dreaded trolleys. For anyone thats 6 foot plus like me it gives you back strain. Walking round with a trolley literally feels like you're dragging the work along as you stop-start from every call.

The better solution IMHO is to break the delivery into smaller loops so that the bags are lighter. And if walking round with a lighter bag is still a struggle then you would be better off doing something else.

Trouble is one of the first questions a DOM is likely to ask if you get an injury is "Were you using a trolley?" If you weren't and the walk was designed for using a trolley, won't it then go down as a blameworthy?
