Team! It's great to see the fantastic new 'thank you' cards being rolled out so successfully across the business. Too often the work of others goes unrecognised, and I think these cared are a great way to show exactly how much our people mean to us! But remember, Team, shareholders deserve their rewards too! And there's no way I can fob them off with an ungrammatical and generic card. So all of us - or at least all of you - will have to prepare to sacrifice a pay rise this coming year so that the shareholders to whom we - or at least I - owe so much can get a fat dividend. Thanks!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
The screws where waiting for us when we got back to the office from delivery, offering 30 minutes overtime to fill in the “Big Trust Survey” It was no surprised most just ignored them & went home
So we've got an "Engagement Team"..... does that mean we've also got a "Divorce Team"?
Because I can see some long term relationships with this company going seperate ways if they keep this shite up! But I suppose it is good for a laugh, do you think they really think we're taking it seriously?
Like all Wage Slaves, he had two crosses to bear: The people he worked for and the people he worked with! (Stephen Vizinczey.)
Last time i saw this was in primary school. Collect 10 and get a free pen.Who the f#uck comes up with theses ideas.
That's their approach to delivery staff. Condescension.
RMTV dealt with subjects such as Data Protection with a animated puppet doing a Sesame St style singalong. The WTL video on yard/bay safety featured a man pushing toy trucks around to illustrate the dangers of moving vehicles. The approach to minimising the spread of Covid-19 was conveyed via a "hilarious" rap video.
They have absolute disdain for OPGs and genuinely believe every single piece of information has to be conveyed in the style of a pre-school learning activity for us to have a chance of understanding it. And the pitiful thing is that there is a seemingly limitless amount of clowns willing to parade in front of a camera and reinforce that belief.
