Overall compared to pre pandemic, parcels in our office continue to be above previous levels.

If you recall, RM Management stated that letter volumes were reducing, but recently backtracked and said that they had slightly increased during the pandemic. Thus I'd be careful of accepting anything that is said.

The evidence so far is that the vaccines are effective against all the variants.

Almost certainly higher percentages against severe illness and death.
But it will be a while before the younger half of the population have had both doses so return to van sharing should not be happening until then.

Wouldn't surprise me if once we go back to van sharing a lot of people leave the company. Having been free, working how you want to work, with no1 bossing you around or having to drive someone to a toilet, and not having 2 walks worth of post and parcels to organise in a van.....

well, that all coming back is going to be a big negative. Especially if we also have to wear face masks inside the van.
