Depends on what stage you're on but I'd be looking to take a few days off to recover from the shock of it :hmmmm

Yeah i thought about taking a few days off :hmmmm but as I'm the rep i don't want the managers to do any bullshitting against the strike if i am not there!

yes i did s**t myself, i have not liked the dog since we had Pegasus in with revised walks, and i moved onto a new walk where the dog lives,
hes behind a back gate usually snarling at me and i had previously told his owner who told me ....."he wont hurt you" :left:

I went back to the office to report it but i was expecting a little too much really, it was Saturday and the manager had gone home :cuppa

my legs going a lovely shade of black today and i need to find another pair of trousers for tomorrow as mine are ripped
and rather smelly  :chuckle :chuckle

Told by our manager this morning 9 postmen to go soon and new start time 7 am till 3pm. (boston). Managers seem to think we have no union. :cfo :lfo :mfo . The government after years of fleecing rm of profit have now gone very quiet re this current dispute.Maybe they really do want rm to go private so they can pay off a bit more of the deficit thanks to the bankers. Average monday finished 10 minutes early . wow. .

Not bad for a Monday. Gaps here and there. Hardly any packets and nothing to get signed for. Just hope it's not too bad tomorrow as it's a short day.

day off

could be doing with a few. Mail has exploded (catalogues) in recent weeks. Almost all bags are heavy. Lots of new houses all over town yet no new drop boxes
