What happened to swings and roundabouts, if you finished that early today then you should give some back to the company tomorrow, it makes sense

Chaos. Yorkies of flats and packets everywhere. Platforms crammed.
And management have cancelled foreseen OT for tomorrow, so it will be even
more rammed on Monday.
We hear its even worse at Nine Elms with mail being left in trailers in the yard.

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
2 weeks since we were last on strike and nowhere near caught up with the backlog. Why? An UNAGREED / implemented by executive action second Pegasus revision which may achieve budget targets on paper, but is completely and utterly unworkable - the reason we were out in the first place.
Today, Mass panic by management because a higher up was due to visit. The backlog which has been ignored by the DIM for two weeks suddenly becomes an issue. All 1st class 2nd class and DSA "had to go". So it was open docket or don't do any IPS , just get your 'live mail' out. The place is still rammed with mailsort, Sky mags etc etc. Cost them a mint in overtime and lost productivity, and still failed.
Well managed RM lackies. Costly and didn't get the mail delivered. I believe you call it Total Quality Management. But if a DIM's backside has been saved, that is more important than the customers or costs eh?

Good day again. Because off strikes not much mail and no packets. Customers asking where their packets are, ask Adam because according to him there is no problems being caused by strikes....................THE W@ANKER :cfo :cfo :cfo
