Smarter people than us overestimated how willing or able members would be to "flex up".
They went for too much...IWT too harsh..Pegasus too fast...too much to flex.
I think we warned against that when the whole "lowest traffic" thing first surfaced....but we are only a forum for moaners and scare stories.

The work is done on a rolling basis. Light days allow staff to catch up and clear.
Dont forget this work your hours mantra that Crozier spawned will be nearly 5 years old by the time park and loop is rolled out nationally.

No longer spans to enable full-time jobs or attendance patterns.
WSM and IWT will leave a gaping hole in your workload and if you can't fill it with delivery....in come the part-timers and out goes the promise of 75% full-time.

Had a look at our new walks today,my current delivery is one of the biggest but i have been "doing the job properly" and have not had any calls added!!
Other guys who have been doing the headless chicken bit have had about 200 more calls added to their walks,unfortunately for me they are more senior and have already indicated they will be getting off the walks they have messed up and putting in for ones like mine...i suppose this is what being "spit roasted" feels like.

Rep said this morning he had spoke to Bob Gibson and "Gibbo" has categorically stated the rumours surrounding P&L being scrapped are nonsense.
