Emergency Covid protocol regarding delaying mail has been effectively over since the start of September, yet despite "the usual suspects" working days off and others regualrly coming in on early overtime sorting, we still have insufficient staff numbers to cover all duty frames during contract hours on duty holders day off and cover annual leave. Leaving a van driver to cover all parcels on both sides of a shared van duty and do as much as they can with letters for their remaining contract hours, or begging drivers to take the Tracked on an uncovered HCT duty on overtime. Multiple days of letters not going out, taking days to catch up on once a shared van duty has two OPGs back working together, or HCT duty holder returns. And this is before the tabletop revision implementation in the next month or so. :left: :cuppa
