Is that the end of the road??? Why didn’t RM negotiate with us before this or are they wanting to string it out until Xmas is over but if they do not resolve this there’s always next Xmas as the issues that are upsetting us all aren’t going away

Just stringing it out till xmas is over will ride rough shot over us after xmas if not already.

The most obvious delay-tactic is for RM to refuse all ACAS mediator proposals put forward by CWU, unless there are clauses in the AFG document or from today's court case that give a definitive timeframe for getting a group of acceptable mediators together, so mediation can start.

The cwu need to sack whoever their legal team is! This is a total joke 18 months talking and they weren't advised to do this themselves? Royal Mail will probably reject the panel several times before you know it xmas has been and gone well played....

7 weeks they need two more weeks to get MOYA back and for the rest to pull their fingers out of their arse oh and tea a biscuits after 30 seconds hand wash no wonder the union bring their own sandwiches and a flask of coffee!

Shameful that a democratically taken vote, and a very huge one in favour of strike action too, can be derailed, even if only temporarily, in this day and age.
Still, that's what almost 40 years of continuous right wing governments gets you.

Roll on December and the first round of strikes, then.

Oh bollocks fancied friday off, so watched the cwu video and we cant strike for another 7 weeks which brings us right up to christmas
