Time will tell if the snippets and innuendoes actually add up in reality. Perhaps it's a matter of not what has been said but more what hasn't been said.

The rumours are £30 a week put into delivery staffs basic pay for d2d, but that will include £12.37 Network 2007 pay protection. We are also to get a three year pay deal of just under 6 percent.

The "Massive" payrise is not so massive after all, so i'm told. . From what i can understand this agreement is total s**t!! Just remember PEC you were elected by us, if this agreement is what we believe it to be then i suggest you say NO NO, NO WAY!!!! How the hell can you say an agreement will be soon if you know what the agreement is, if you know the details of the agreement then you should be saying that they should not be any agreement as it's a load of s**t.
I like the way you try and put all the good things up first to make members think this sounds great. If your talking about the possible 50/50 s**t again as the bounus (lump sum £400)
they can shove it. D2D's are worth about £2000 per annum, that what i expect in place. We are supposed to be a united front, when this goes tits up and they ask members to go back on the gate , what do you think will happen?? Cant believe members have been kept in the dark for so long, many days have been lost to I/A and this is how we get repayed. I hope the agreement is better than expected, otherwise i can't understand how the top brass think this will be voted in by members.
