5 this week, no extra time too prep them in, extra lapsing oh and its sky mag week, managers answer = bullying and harressment; union rep answer = spends more time in managers office than the managers; agrees with managers; and disappears before anyone can ask him anything

A rep is a OPG so gets the same as any other OPG in their office that being £1000 worth of lump sums (pro rata for PT OPG's)

If a rep is moving fast it may well be that he/she is motivated by wanting the new attendance patterns in for the mbrs along with money OUT of RM bank account and into the bank accounts of the CWU mbrs in his or her D.O

In my patch we have self enabled and planner led revisions.

The planner led revsions are ahead of self enabled.

Im doing a self enabled revision and all thats done so far is some data gathering, a run through the IWT from a planner and on Wednesday I had a revision workshop along witb other reps in the area who will be working on a self enabled revision in their D.O

In the workshop the managers and reps put together the objectives and aims for thier D.O

There are many options for the firms deliveries on a Saturday, one of which is to collapse the duty entirely to enable a Mon-Fri duty or more Saturday's off in your office.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

What about the packets been sitting on the frame since Saturday? No mention of those. Obviously not important!

had 2 lots on Saturday, 2 more turned up on the frame Monday

Trouble is we are having the walks changed, and my council estate has been turned into a posh area with less delivery points.

So I haven't enough to deliver to the wrong area  (different type of leaflets than I use to get!!!!!)

So the DOM support was "looking into it"

That was yesterday, so I didn't take any. Day off today, can't wait till Wednesday :dance

Hi I'm a newbie, I didn't know this forum existed

We usually have leaflets to take but this week we've had plastic charity bags (to put used clothes in) which made bundles very bulky
