Last concession from RM was they would separate the changes in working times from the main deal which I feel was a big concern for people and at the moment is all speculation,we don’t know how many customers will ask for later collections and it may be very regional, offices near the customers warehouses and we currently have ways to inject work late into the network.lf RM can find some extra cash to increase the pay rise knock an hour off the working week and tweak the pension pot there may be a deal to be made.
