You're more organised than me then. I've managed to get it a bit more accurate than I used to. But I still end up starting 5 - 10 mins early, to avoid starting late.

I come in early to finish early. Im 6 till 2. Come in at quarter past or half 5. Dont take my break. Home every day before half 12. Much better than taking my time and being out all day. Got a life out of work. The thought of delivering in the afternoon. No chance. Speed up people.

No. If every round is covered im finished early. Quick on your feet pays off. Typical day in for half 5. Prep and ips till half 7 and out. Sprint round in 3, 3 and half hours. Home for 11. Busy its closer till 12. Mondays and Tuesdays on the golf course and played 6 by noon. If we are short, i slow down.
If they tell we i will get extra cause im finished early. Easy. Sit in a lay-by for 2 hours counting zzzzz or go home first and then come back on my time.
I laugh how people spend their whole day doddling about and taking their time. They must have no life out of work!

No. Sometimes an hour kip in the afternoon but normally in bed around half 10 or 11ish.
You come in late every morning? And you get away with that? Clearly your manager isnt doing his job and pulling you up for it!

So why on earth don't you get your rep to negotiate 5.30 till 13.30 and take your breaks, can you not see that at the moment it looks as though you need 1.30hrs more work and that is exactly what you will get if you carry on like this!!!

You are a manager or a fool too which i await your sad reply and in doing so regret that the current round of strikes are caused by the head up the backside attitude of the fool's and managers attitude and that of the board of royalmail :cfo and not least our government :mfo It is no wonder royalmail is in disarray when the entire government is in its death throws!. And as such it should not be a conference as a crematorium! for here lies new labour and all its benefactor's/MP's it is a damming indictment upon our society that such greed was tolerated by a party who claim they were for the many but only acted in the best interest for the very few/ themselves!. :mfo

Ok. First of all: I neither know, nor care, if he's a Manager or not. Secondly: A lot of people go out of their way to hide who they are, and what area they work in. So isn't it understandable, that there may be Managers on here, trying to hide the fact that they are? :hmmmm

Everyone's welcome on here. Just look at the bottom of the screen. We're serious, when we say "We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.". RMC is here, for ALL interested parties. The only ones we don't like, are the deliberate trouble makers. And we have rules to deal with them (as we have done many times in the past). :hmmmm

I do but if I work 15 minutes or half an hour more than I am paid i have done it out of my own choice and haven't been forced in to it. Lets face it, it's better than staying at home and watching GMTV
