Hull Malmo Road DO is being hailed on Robin App as a Pilot Success story.

Any insight into this?

We need more information than just a Robin app promo video. For example, the outdoor spans, call rates, lapsing, sickness, DPR failures. And if some of those pilot offices were a "success" then what were the staffing levels, the traffic profile and overtime levels in those offices compared with a normal office?

Was the model only "working" because extra money, overtime and management attention were being thrown at those pilot offices?

Didn't the CWU give an extensive update on all the pilot offices? I saw one postie from Salisbury comment that the Town duty holders were stitched up as only their duties followed the ODM process the Rurals carried on as normal, not surprisingly that comment seems to have been removed/deleted.

The point where the ODM tripped up appears to have been when it got rolled out to large offices. Smaller ones seemed to handle it either better or to no detriment. My theory was that the big offices had already had brutal revisions over the years which ripped out far too many duties and working hours, hence Stockton had to put 50 back in and it still didn't work.

Where are the £300m savings to be made?

• They can't rip any more duties out nor can they put them back in
• They can't slash staff because they don't have enough presently to then eliminate from the payroll
• Everyone's already alternating sides so that's 1 into 2 right there
