I had 2 'small packages' to collect today, decided to collect them 'on loop' as my bag was nearly empty at this point, although still 10 minutes from the van. 1 item was small, the other the size of a pillow. The 'pillow' stuck out the top of my bag and got totally saturated in the rain.

The first two collections we had were on the same day, and one on a loop for each of us.

The "small" packet that I collected as the walker as larger and heavier than the "medium" packet that the driver collected!
