Yeah but they are not waterproof, just like the 'storm proof' jackets are barely splash proof never mind waterproof. The quality of RM uniforms has been going down hill drastically for years now. Though they still provide that ridiculous summer hat that no one uses. Anyway I use my own proper waterproof poncho and leggings instead of RM crap.
