What happened to that clown show of an initiative? And how much money did they spaff up the wall on it?

We had a full time bloke working on it, probabably paid 30 odd k. Put a motivational poster on the wall every so often, not much else.

Nice speech Stuart, unfortunately it really lacks any real substance, to motivate a workforce that is abused daily by bullying and aggressive management who seem to think where not working hard enough, its these idle useless bast...ds that want sorting out first then we might be able deliver your vision but you won't address this issue and that's why it won't work.

Our DO had a visit from an "ambassador" a while back,a DOM from another area ,told us we were being badly advised by CWU ,should accept the latest pay offer as it would give full timers £500 a week whichis good money for what we are asked to do ,and where else would we get it? Why's that then and how would it work? Paid for every item you deliver? Or just for the round which could take you a different amount of time everyday?

Don't think there would be a stampede of volunteers. Think the big cost savings will be hitting the mail centres for a change with all the money they are spending on these hubs
