This is old news as we have been collecting surcharges again for a while now. £3.50 is starting to become more visible as the figure being demanded so I don't know if the charges have increased.
It would be nice if RM had actually informed all staff at all DOs and MCs that surcharges are being collected again. We've had nothing official or unofficial about that.

Yes, we are now collecting surcharges again. CSP staff can order the latest Fee to Pay (P4605) cards from the portal as normal. The card directs customers to stay home, be safe and pay online.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
