Using any of these:

# "Since my last report, this employee has reached rock bottom and has
started to dig."

# "His men would follow him anywhere, but only out of morbid curiosity."

# "I would not allow this employee to breed."

# "This associate is really not so much of a has-been, but more of a
definitely won't be."

# "Works well when under constant supervision and cornered like a rat in a
trap."

# "He would be out of his depth in a parking lot puddle."

# "This young lady has delusions of adequacy."

# "He sets low personal standards and then consistently fails to achieve
them."

# "This employee should go far - and the sooner he starts, the better."

# "This employee is depriving a village somewhere of an idiot."

Any accredited research firm is bound by regulation to include non response as a finding. Don't play the corporate paper over the cracks game, no response gives no information and cannot be willfully misinterpreted. No response = "the relationship with our people has broken down",We as management have failed to engage our workforce,we are therefore redundant

Quite right, since we found out that every single comment is printed up and put on the notice board we have had a field day. They even print the swear words just leaving blanks in the middle. Priceless!!!!!!!!
RM just sent in Area in when there was too many witnessed incidents of H&S on a Lancashire Zoo Night Shift . RM's "response " was staff had the opportunity to elaborate on these incidents in one to one interviews . Noone mentioned anything untoward so there was no cause for concern.

It's all b***ocks but that's planet RM .

The first time with HYS Results there was 14 pages of closely typed small font A4 with many critical and scathing comments . The next time there was 5 pages , one was a duplicate , let's just say the results printed were "selective" and more positive .

There's lies , damm lies and statistics and RM statistics !

Problem with so called negative comments is that they are deemed to be too "subjective" and get discounted . There's all sorts of ways of putting a gloss on them in M£S Office with pie -charts and graphs etc .
