It is in the rules now that you have to be on the same round for a set period of time as a new starter, so if they dont enforce that, get on to your union rep and remind him or her.

Good luck with that one! It's another of the agreements between RM and CWU which never get enforced. 'little things' like this don't get enforced, RM management just keep pushing and pushing. That's another reason why we're in the situation we're in now.......
