If that was done properly then people wouldn't have to have the same argument every day.

However what if you constantly finish on time but are still allocated lapsing, meaning every day you have to have the same confrontational conversation every day.
Or you come in to a half prepped frame every day and are still expected to finish the indoor work and do extra outdoor?
