As Arnold said I guess if the OP is referring to hybrid collections then maybe there is some time to spare but even then there might not be on a regular basis.

There's maybe 5 or 10 minute gaps in some of our collections, but that's literally it. Before lats we'd be asked to do the odd tracked that had been missed if it was in the area but that was a struggle at times.

As ever he just wanted the failed mail to be delivered in s/a pm collections duty time so it won’t cost him anything!,

If I finish at 1.30 and my sa starts at 2.45 got no problems taking a couple of parcels out. If it’s 6 or 7 parcels I’ll get overtime between 2 and 2.45.

we're asked to do a parcel here and there, it's nearly always within a minute or 2 of a collection so not a massive deal...can't imagine asking to do a loop would go down too well lol
