Was an interesting video that, subtle change of tack about not agreeing with royal mail's use of talking about working all paid hours to saying its about doing a fair days work for a fair days pay. Sounds like outdoor performance will soon be scrutinized closely

AFAIK working all paid hours was agreed probably a decade ago now, iirc in the Pay and Mod agreement

AFAIK working all paid hours was agreed probably a decade ago now, iirc in the Pay and Mod agreement
Was agreed years ago but hasn't happened yet in many delivery offices because doms know it's the quickest way to make postie's slow down and "do the job properly"
