I tried to lower payments with them and they refused and said I had lied on my original application to get the loan and they wouldn’t lower my payments.
My circumstances changed, moved out, gained a load more bills to pay but that didn’t compute with them. Idiots.
Wouldn’t touch them again and I’d advise against anyone thinking of going to them.
