30 mins tie up is about right on a Wednesday including redirections.

Has any other office been told to make up the 12 mins per day, you will need to be more efficient and basically absorb. In 5 years ive been in my office efficiency had never been high up on any team briefs etc but since this reduction in the working day we have suddenly become a seriously inefficient office. They have also backtracked on upgrading part time workers to full time hours which had been agreed with union rep also for the same reason.

As far I can see the the only inefficiency is the intellect and starving of budgets for bonuses for all management they can fund the gap by going the extra mile or half I CANNOT DO!
