They do that’s whats brought him to our office. He has been monitoring PDAs and has seen some memebers of staff are finishing early so he now sits in his car to see if those staff do any extra work or just go home
it doesn't matter how much these people are on they are only doing there job as pda data doesn't lie or hide stuff , give the early finishes more work up to there paid hours :thumbup , and do they finish early because there dutys are easy ? they start early ? they don't take breaks ? they don't use lwts and run round with a bags ? :crazy: . these people will get more hours , deliverys and staff taken out the office , it does my f***ing head in and it may sink in one day .

Finish an hour BEFORE my time ? I wish :pray ....not going to happen in this decade..... I hope they do dock the Runners wages, it's not something I've got to worry about. :cuppa

Maybe it’s totally fine;

Maybe you’re having constant fights with your DOM because your round is too big and he keeps pressurising you to do it;

Maybe you reluctantly keep clearing but keep booking;

Maybe the DSM sees on the actuals ten members of staff finishing an hour early most days and ten members going over an hour most days;

Maybe the DSM keeps tasking the DOM to BALANCE this out to save money and better resource to workload;

Maybe the DOM keeps lying to avoid this task and protect certain people in his office;

MAYBE this is the way the DSM uncovers the lie.

Maybe it’s fine?
