Ive worked in the callers and when the customers come in and they are abussive i always imagine they have a large falic symbol growing out of thier forhead,when they have finished having thier mouth i always never help them and i always send them off with a smile and have a nice day it works wonders when you dont react to thier screaming and shouting.
