Why do some 'customers' feel they have a right to be abusive. This video is from the USA, but I've seen similar behaviour many times in BO's here. Don't know how the counter staff can put up with it.

Another thing that pisses me off is spending ages looking for an item then coming out to tell the customer that i can't find it , then they tell me that a neighbour had taken the item from the postie after he had posted the p739 , but they just thought they would check anyway

last week i had a woman take a swing at me and ask me out for a fight

Ive worked in the callers and when the customers come in and they are abussive i always imagine they have a large falic symbol growing out of thier forhead,when they have finished having thier mouth i always never help them and i always send them off with a smile and have a nice day it works wonders when you dont react to thier screaming and shouting.
