Should drag this out slowly then ballot to strike for Christmas this year, put the s..t back on them

Every office is different but there's no way our office could take a 30min reduction on Monday & Tuesday and still cope with current workload. Whatever way it's allocated i think we'll end up with the greater reduction on a Saturday in the hope we'll rush round. :thumbdown
But there's one thing Lino's don't like is cut offs on a Saturday, it means they can't go home at 12.

If we do get down to 35hrs for full timers, the runners would be better off going part time, if they have to work all their hrs they might as well get a better hr rate! Oh no , I've started people thinking now!

Ours do. We have a DOM and 3 line managers in my DO and never seen any of them delivering cut-offs. One of them walks his dog near where I live and on my Saturdays off I regularly see him before 1pm (3pm finish in our Stalag) when duties have failed.
