Right, so if there are five strands and "The next strand is Indoor Optimisation" is "Indoor Optimisation" the second, third or what strand and if so what are the previous ones ?

Probably performance standards outdoor and swearing oath too our most reasoned one MOYA the great and a catch all after that!

Im guessing that most of these posties are thrilled about the prospect of "indoor optimisation"

And "freeing up time for managers to focus on other activities" suggests managers lapsing duties and getting them ready for doing outdoor deliveries due to the improved efficiency levels.
