once we have made our manager aware of our concerns of a failure to complete we work as directed, if that is take it all out and see how you go then we do just that. Ask for this instruction in writing and have witnesses to it. On return take a picture of what you returned with and send it to Moya with a list of witness names and if possible your written instruction from the manager.
Of course they will take offence at giving a written instruction, but this is not to cause offence as OPG experience dictates that some managers have "forgotten" what they have said and deny it being a factual account due to lack of recall. These actions are, from your point of view, now being applied to all work directions from all managers.
